Career and Technology Association of Texas believes that educating young people in career and technical education results in high student achievement and aids in advancing students to postsecondary education and a globally competitive workforce. Texas CTE students are among the nation’s most productive, innovative and dedicated students, and CTAT is honored to recognize their achievements by providing scholarships to further their education. One of the goals of the scholarship program is to provide assistance to outstanding CTE students who plan to continue their education. In doing so, CTAT offers 10 annual scholarships named in honor of Myra Hasty & Dr. Pat McLeod in the amount of $1,000 each.
